Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may incur additional shipping fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations
