Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your little ones to be completely delighted with your KAWAIITU purchase. If something isn't perfect, we're here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
Socks & Slippers (if the original packaging is opened or damaged)
Toys (if removed from original packaging)
Clearance or Sale Items (these are final sale)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Email us at contact@kawaiitu.com within the 14-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Get Approval: Our team will respond with instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Ship It Back: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. Please include the RA number on a piece of paper inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Please contact us immediately at contact@kawaiitu.com with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will cover all shipping costs to send you a replacement or process a full refund.
Final Sale Items
All items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a major promotional sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
